Decade On, Stasia Files Fresh Apartment Scheme for Surry Hills

A fresh set of plans, this time for an eight-storey residential block with six above-ground levels, has been filed for a site at Surry Hills that's been in the planning since 2015.

Stasia first proposed a five-storey shoptop residential block for the site at 117-119 Flinders Street, filing plans with the Sydney City Council more than a decade ago.

In 2021 the developer won approval to build an almost 3000sq m, six-storey office block on the site in inner-eastern Sydney.
